| What is a summon?
Summons are among the most well known and powerful abilities in most RPGs. They consist of the user calling upon a powerful spirit to assist the user's party, or single user. The use of any summon requires that the party have the necessary number of items, equipments, spells, etc. in order to cast the summon. Unlike regular attacks, Summons have an accuracy of 100%, meaning they never miss. However, the summons do have some sort of downside, like you skip your next turn or you lose health, but the pros of summons are far greater (power) in comparison to its downsides.
And this isn't biased toward Mages either, While it's predominant in Magic, i think if characters obtain Summon scrolls or something, every class can use summons, i just think summons would be a cool idea since most RPGs have some type of attack like it.
What do you think? | |

| sweet that would be awesome, that way every class has a special attack that everyone can use. And maybe these "summon" attacks can be more powerful based on your stats, exp, and class. Just an idea, but thank you for considering. | |

| Is there a limit to how powerful your summon can be? Or can you just get whatever you want? | |

| yeah theres gotta be a limit somewhere, cuz i mean it'd be unfair for someone to use a onehit kill move that never misses, it has to have some cons. But i mean certain summons shud be weak starting out and gradually get stronger with experience and depending on your class. Like "Thor, LightningHammer Greek God" summon would be strong for Dark Mages and warriors, but weak for archers, and "Atalanta, Hunter Greek Goddess" can be stronger for Archers and warriors than Mages.
Make sense? | |

| And... Summons could be Magical and Non magical! Like, Mages would summon something like a Water Elemental while a Soldier could summon a Dog | |

Well think about it. Thieves relate to pirates. Pirates relates to Pirates of the Caribbean. Pirates of the Caribbean relates to undead/ghosts. Make sense? Plus Ruby Heart was a pirate and she could summon ghosts in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. | |

| Ruby Heart was based on the basic pirate theme, and so was Pirates of the Caribbean, the stories of pirates always have something to do with skulls, crossbones, ghosts, and undead. We're not talking anything from other games, meerly from old stories on a common theme, which is what every RPG does. | |
